YES + 15% Glycerol

This medium is used for cryopreservation of pombe cells at -80°C.

Follow the recipe for YES without Agar but before adding ddH₂O add 15% Glycerol (i.e. 150ml/liter 100% glycerol) and then top up to the final volume. Sterilize as normal by autoclaving.
