100X Stock solution of Tryptophan for supplementation of Schizophyllum commune minimal medium
Dissolve in demi-water:

This results in a final concentration of 5 g/L
Sterilize by filter sterilization
Use at 50mg/L for Schizophyllum commune = 1:100
Solubility in water at 25°C is 11.4 g/Liter
