ExoSap PCR cleanup

Before performing the sequencing reaction using the Big Dye Setup, cleanup your PCR using this protocol.

Take your PCR tube with sample:

• add 1.5μl Exo-SAP enzyme mix
  
• incubate in a PCR machine using program named 'exo'
  
  1. 37°C for 30 min (remove primers, dNTPs, etc.)
  2. 80°C for 15 min (inactivate enzymes)
  3. 7°C for infinite
