Medium YEPDAcBzCIMa from their paper.
We've tried this with some honey samples, but have not been very successful yet.
| Ingredients | Amount per Liter |

| Yeast Extract | 10 g |
| Glucose | 25g |
| Pepton | 10g |
| Malic Acid | 2g |
| Chloramphenicol | 200mg (5ml from 40mg/ml stock in 96%EtOH) |
| Benzoate | 350mg (1ml from 350mg/ml stock in H2O) |
| Cycloheximide (=Actidione) Warning : Very toxic. Avoid skin contact or aerosal formation and inhalation. |

- Mix the Yeast extract, Glucose, Pepton, Malic Acid and Chloramphenicol
- Autoclave for 15min at 121 C
- After the medium has cooled down, add the Cycloheximide (100 mg/ml in DMSO) TOXIC
Store in dark in fridge (Cycloheximide is light sensitive so keep plates and media out of direct light as much as possible).
