Stock solution to be used for EMM
For 400ml (200g/L)
- Weigh 80 gram Ammonium Chloride
- put in 500ml cylinder
- add 350ml MilliQ water
- stir till dissolved
- top up to 400ml
Autoclave in 500ml bottle
