Stock solution to be used for EMM

For 400ml (200g/L)

  • Weigh 80 gram Ammonium Chloride
  • put in 500ml cylinder
  • add 350ml MilliQ water
  • stir till dissolved
  • top up to 400ml

Autoclave in 500ml bottle
