Stock solution to be used for EMM

For 400ml 4M NH₄Cl

Weigh 85.6 gram Ammonium Chloride
put in 500ml cylinder
add 350ml MilliQ water
stir till dissolved
top up to 400ml

Autoclave in 500ml bottle
