Stock solution to be used for EMM
For 400ml 4M NH4Cl
- Weigh 85.6 gram Ammonium Chloride
- put in 500ml cylinder
- add 350ml MilliQ water
- stir till dissolved
- top up to 400ml
Autoclave in 500ml bottle
