I'm PI of the PombEvolution group at LMU Munich.

My research focusses on the evolution of divergence between reproducing organisms. Mostly on the evolution of mating types and mating type associated mechanisms, such as the mating type regulated Pheromone/Receptor compatibility system in fungi.

In these websites many of the protocols that are used by my group are documented.

As we are using the online electronic tools from Benchling, some resources might be missing. We try to keep these up to date, though please contact me is things are unclear.
