QC buffer

Buffer QC (wash buffer) used for the QIAGEN Genomic-Tip DNA extraction protocol.

The buffer is used to wash the DNA.

Buffer QC

• 1.0 M NaCl
• 50 mM MOPS, pH 7.0
• 15% isopropanol

Buffer QC can be stored at RT.

To make QC:

• Dissolve in 800 ml distilled water
• 58.44 g NaCl
• 10.46 g MOPS (free acid)
• Adjust the pH to 7.0 with NaOH
• Add 150 ml pure isopropanol.
• Adjust the volume to 1 liter with distilled water.
