Medium is similar to the final mixture in Yeast Chemical Transformations.

Amount per 10 mL		Final Concentration
7 ml	50% Polyethylene glycol (PEG)‐4000	35%
1 ml	Lithium Acetate 1M	100 mM
0.1 ml	Tris-HCl 1 M	10 mM
20 µl	0.5 M EDTA, pH 8.0	1mM
add to get a final total volume of 10 ml	H2O	-

Filter sterilize and store in fridge
