PEG4000

Sterile 50% (w/v) PEG4000 is available as aliquots of 1ml in the top drawer of freezer 7

To create new stock solution

1. Weigh 50g PEG4000
2. Dissolve this by adding 50ml H₂O and warming it if needed
3. Top up to 100ml
4. Filter sterilize
5. Make 1.5ml aliquots and store these at -20C
